Registering or buying a ticket means you accept these terms of sale and access.
Winter Fest is organised by Act Média, whose registered office is at 6 chemin du Reflet, 38800 Champagnier, France. The festival runs from Saturday 9 to Tuesday 12 January 2027 in Tignes Le Lac (Tignespace, foot of the slopes, lakeside promenade).
Times for each activity are on the relevant page, ticket or registration email.
Registration for Evolution 2 coaching and film screenings is free, named and limited (300 seats per screening).
Every registration or order is final after confirmation. Each ticket or confirmation is valid for one person. Reproduction, forgery or reuse may lead to refusal of entry.
The participant must check the information given and keep the ticket until the end of the activity.
Under article L. 221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, there is no 14-day withdrawal right for leisure services on a fixed date.
Unless the organiser finally cancels the activity, registrations and tickets are not taken back, exchanged or refunded.
Sport activities (snowboard coaching) need legal-guardian authorisation for participants under 18 on 9 January 2027. A helmet is mandatory for those minors.
The organiser, front of house or security may ask for ID. Entry may be refused if safety rules are not followed, with no refund.
Participants must follow safety rules, venue rules (Tignespace, ski area) and instructions from the organiser.
The organiser may refuse entry or exclude anyone whose behaviour threatens safety or the event. No refund in that case.
If the organiser finally cancels an activity, terms will be sent using the details given at registration.
A reasonable change of times or venue does not automatically entitle you to a refund if the activity still takes place, subject to consumer law.
The organiser does not cover personal costs such as travel, lodging or food, subject to applicable law.

After a written complaint to the organiser with no amicable solution, the consumer may use the consumer mediator the organiser belongs to. Name, address and website of the mediator will be added once affiliated (legal duty).
The consumer may also bring a claim before the competent courts under applicable rules.
