Personal data collected when buying tickets is processed by Act Média, controller, whose office is at 6 chemin du Reflet, 38800 Champagnier, France, to run orders, payments, issuing and checking tickets, relating to participants, and meeting legal and accounting duties.
Information requested may include last name, first name, email, phone, date of birth, address in Tignes where relevant, and order details (activity, times, signatures and registration statements).
Payment data is processed securely by WooPayments, operated with Stripe. The organiser does not keep full bank details (card number, CVC).
Data is available only to the organiser and providers needed for ticketing, payment, hosting and access control. It is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing without prior consent.
Data is kept for as long as needed to run the event, then archived for legal, accounting or tax periods.
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, anyone may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and where it applies objection or portability.
